Worthington brings more than 28 years of experience in the construction industry and more than 10 years of hands-on data center experience.

As Project Executive, Worthington will partner closely with Lewis to support data center business development efforts across the company. He will help to identify opportunities, strengthen partnerships with owners and trade partners and support preconstruction planning to ensure project teams are positioned for success.
With his industry insight and experience navigating fast-paced, technically demanding work, Worthington will be a key contributor in advancing our capabilities and strengthening our project delivery in this growing sector.
In previous roles, Worthington helped to develop advanced data center preconstruction processes, supported market strategy efforts and partnered with operations and business development teams to shape delivery approaches. He also played a role in improving coordination workflows and advancing prefabrication and modularization strategies aimed at increasing efficiency in mission-critical environments. His experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams 鈥� from estimating and engineering to commissioning, project controls and trade partners 鈥� adds valuable depth to 69色情片鈥檚 data center practice.
