Members Cooperative Credit Union Branch Exterior with Drive-thru Lanes, Parking

69É«Ç鯬 and Members Cooperative Credit Union (MCCU) have enjoyed a long-standing partnership dating back to the mid-1990s. Recently, 69É«Ç鯬 was engaged again for the management and construction of several new branch locations and remodels at several existing and operational branches across northern Minnesota.

69É«Ç鯬 was responsible for design input, budgeting, scheduling and coordination with the design firm, along with all aspects of construction, including self-performing structural erection through interior build-outs and turnover. Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) installations were performed on a design-build approach with trusted, strategically selected trade partners and managed by 69É«Ç鯬. 69É«Ç鯬 also worked closely with MCCU to coordinate the owner-provided banking equipment and systems installations, including IT equipment, security systems, cash recyclers, pneumatic tubes and drive-through assemblies.
