Clay brings more than 15 years of experience in civil construction including quality control, project management, contract and fiscal management, and subcontractor relationships for site earthwork/utilities. Clay鈥檚 project experience spans a variety of markets including renewables, education, healthcare and warehousing. He leads daily business operations for Calnin & Goss, including building a high-performing team, growing and expanding services and markets and ensuring high levels of quality and safety.
